Meet The Face Behind Supportive Living Consumer Direct

I’m LaChelle Howard, the proud owner of Supportive Living Consumer Direct. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My motivation to get into the home healthcare industry came after seeing my grandmother struggle with little to no help as she got older and became disabled. I began to dedicate myself to finding ways to help others.

I believe that home is where you have created memories and where the heart is. Thus it is my mission to assist people who would like to manage their lives in the comfort of their homes despite illness, incidents and old age.

I thrive on providing my clients with valuable information, a safe place to express concerns, attention and solutions. My philosophy is based on providing quality care while inspiring and uplifting my clients through professional and compassionate care.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my dedication, attentiveness, and professionalism. I attribute my success to my devoted consumers, commitment, and hard work.

When consumers are at ease, and there are no worries for them, this gives me immense satisfaction.

During my downtime

I strive to be an attentive parent when I am not at work. I also try to be creative with arts and crafts and work on other business ideas.  

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
